Yes. Every item on EZO STREET undergoes a rigorous multi-step authentication process by our expert brand internal inspectors before being listed. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods.

What is the condition of the items?

We provide detailed photos of the actual product and condition description on each product page. Please review these carefully before purchasing.

EZO STREET condition guide:
Rank Description
N Like New: Appears new with no signs of wear.
A Excellent: Minor signs of use, but overall in superb condition.
B Very Good: Relatively clean, but with some noticeable signs of use.
C Good: Clearly used with noticeable wear and tear, but still presentable.
D Fair: Visible signs of use, including noticeable scratches or dirt, but remains fully functional.

Shipping

When will I get my order?

We ship orders from Japan via DHL typically within one business day (Monday to Friday, Japan Time, excluding national holidays) after payment confirmation.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are covered by the customer. For orders below $1,000 USD, a flat shipping rate of $90 applies. We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders of $1,000 USD or more.

Do I need to pay for the US import taxes?

No, we cover all import taxes and duties.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund within 5 calendar days from the date your order was delivered, provided the return meets all of the conditions outlined in our refund policy.

Upon receipt, the item(s) will be inspected. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued, excluding shipping fees, $15 of handling fees, duties, and tariffs.
