International Orders

We typically ship international orders via DHL within one business day (Monday to Friday, Japan Time, excluding national holidays) after payment confirmation.

Delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days.

Import Taxes & Duties

As of April 2026, shipments from Japan to the U.S. are subject to tariffs; however, we cover all import taxes and duties.

Domestic Customers

Shipping Fees - Japan

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Japan except to Okinawa prefecture, regardless of the purchase price. Please note that a flat shipping fee of ¥2,000 applies to all deliveries to Okinawa prefecture.

We will ship by Yu-Pack or Yamato Transport within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
