Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a full refund within 5 calendar days from the date your order was delivered, provided the return meets all of the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were delivered, with any original EZO STREET tags still attached in its original position.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be accepted.
  • Returns without the original EZO STREET price tag will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • All original accessories, branded boxes, or cases that were included in the original shipment must be returned.
  • Items must be returned to Japan.
    Please note: It is your responsibility to pay for any cost for tariff/duties.

Return Procedure:

  1. Submit a return request via the designated Return Form.
  2. Await return approval from our customer service team.
  3. Once approved, a return shipping label will be issued.
  4. You must drop off the item(s) with the shipping carrier within 5 business days from the issuance date of the return label.
  5. If tracking information does not become active within 5 business days, the return will be deemed invalid.
  6. Upon receipt, the item(s) will be inspected. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued, excluding shipping fees, $15 of handling fees, duties, and tariffs.

Additional Terms:

  • Shipping fees, duties, and tariffs paid by the buyer are non-refundable, without exception.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions, or that are submitted without prior approval, will be rejected and returned to the sender at their own expense. No refund will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
  • Accounts that demonstrate a pattern of excessive or suspicious returns may be subject to account suspension or order cancellation.
